Covid-19 Policy and Update

15:17 takes the safety and wellbeing of its staff, customers and brand partners very seriously and we would like to reassure you that your safety is our highest priority.

We follow the guidance issued by the Government, the devolved governments in the UK, and Public Health scientific advisors.

Covid19 risk assessments have been completed and a range of controls implemented to manage the risk of Covid-19 cross contamination and transmission. These include:

  • Enhanced in-store cleaning
  • Provision of hand sanitising stations
  • Implementation of all reasonable steps to maintain a 2 metre or 1 metre plus
  • Reducing the necessity to queue wherever possible
  • Implementation of one-way pedestrian traffic systems where practicable, sneeze screens and barriers.
  • Requiring both staff and customers to wear face coverings
  • Increasing the signage in stores to ensure that social distancing and hygiene standards are observed
  • Training our staff so that they are fully aware of the precautions needed to control transmission.
  • Reviewing the COVID-19 policy and procedures on a weekly basis to ensure compliance
  • Supporting the UK governments’ policies on test and trace procedures.

We will continue to monitor and review the above in line with government policy.
